Hotel Mediterraneo is a Smart hotel located on the waterfront in Sottomarina, just minutes from Venice.
Recently renovated, the hotel is committed to promoting eco-sustainability by implementing systems and facilities that use energy from renewable sources and reduce electricity waste.
The main goal is to offer guests a unique, state-of-the-art experience, enhancing their stay while contributing to the preservation of the environment.
In line with this philosophy, Hotel Mediterraneo has chosen to adopt the Alexa Smart Properties system, based on NAVOO technology.
For the Mediterranean Smart Hotel, we also connected our Control Panel with the 5stars PMS. This integration enables:
- Get reservation information to provide answers through Alexa dedicated to the individual guest
- Know when to check out to reset the Echo device (eliminating alarm clocks and returning the volume to preset levels)
- Provide housekeeping staff with the ability to say “Alexa, the room is ready,” by live editing the room status directly in the PMS
