Integration with the PMS:
Alexa Smart Properties
and your management
The NAVOO technology and Control Panel, created for Alexa Smart Properties, has the advantage of being able to dialogue with other software used by the facility, such as PMS or management software. This means being able to customize the system, developing in detail features and ways of working that are useful to both the staff and the guests of the facility.
The NAVOO Control Panel can already exchange information via API with the PMSs Opera Cloud, TeamSystem Hospitality, Alyante, 5stars, HotelCube, Slope, and over time all major and popular PMSs will be integrated.
Navoo can also create specific integrations with any type of PMS and management system, working directly with the software house that made them.
For the staff
Thanks to the dialogue between PMS and NAVOO Control Panel, all information communicated by staff to Alexa will be automatically recorded in the management system for maximum convenience and communicability between departments.
When finished the work of tidying up a room, for example, the staff may say
“Alexa, the room is ready.”
(Alexa will ask for a security code, to prevent such a command from being given by guests).
Automatically in the PMS the room will appear ready to be allocated to another guest. This way the housekeeper no longer has to indicate the ready rooms in a sheet and then manually report them in the PMS. In addition, the room will be ready as soon as the work is finished, so at the front desk they can allocate it even before the scheduled check-in time. In the same way, as soon as a guest checks out (an event recorded in the PMS), the room will also appear free in the NAVOO Control Panel, which can send an instant message to the service staff so that they can devote themselves to restoring it.
For guests
Guests can request services for a fee, such as breakfast or a bottle of wine to be tasted in the room, book a massage or a fitness hour at the gym, by asking Alexa directly.
“Alexa, book a massage.”
“Alexa, I would like breakfast in the room.”
“Alexa, I would like a white wine and two glasses.”
With the integration between the Alexa Smart Properties system and the hotel’s management system or PMS, any request will be recorded both on the NAVOO Control Panel and transmitted to the hotel’s central system .
In this way no information will be lost, and the guest will have the convenience of ordering and booking what they want on their own, and paying for extra services at check-out.
