The A.P.S.P. Opera Romani, is a ‘Public Personal Services Company that intends to offer itself as a place of hospitality and support for the elderly.
In addition to the attention and physical care of the residents, the facility embraces a “Psychology of Understanding” that aims to realize social systems and relational modes that subordinate the institutional structures and rules of the system to the fulfillment of the people, whether they are the elderly residents or the caregivers.
To improve the level of service and simplify the daily activities of staff, Opera Romani chose to implement the Alexa Smart Properties system and Navoo technology in the facility. The introduction of the Alexa system enables staff to manage daily activities more efficiently, facilitating internal communication, organization of activities, and access to information.
