Alexa Smart Properties for Hospitality and Alexa Smart Properties for Senior Living were designed by Amazon for the use of the Alexa voice assistant in hospitality facilities and in nursing homes.
In order to function, they require supporting technology that enables personalization and management of content (i.e., responses) and activation of services that Alexa provides to guests.
NAVOO is a company recognized by Amazon as a Qualified Solution Provider, and we have developed the software that allows to install and use Alexa in your facility.
The Control Panel created by NAVOO allows to manage Alexa Smart Properties, enter the information Alexa will use to create responses to guests who interact with her, and collect data that comes from conversations between Alexa and guests, or between Alexa and staff.
The Control Panel can be accessed through any browser. Therefore, there is no need to download or install any software on computers or smarpthones. By logging in with the username and password, you can manage your Alexa Smart Properties system from anywhere.
The ownership and staff of the accommodation or care facility will only need to enter information that Alexa will use to create responses to provide to guests. NAVOO will be supportive every step of the way, and much of the work will be done by automated systems!
The use of NAVOO technology for Alexa Smart Properties, from the time of activation, involves a user license with a monthly fee, for each activated Echo device.
In a video call we gather all the necessary information and assess together what your facility needs. If necessary Navoo will also be able to conduct an inspection. Once we have acquired all the necessary information, we prepare a proposal for you, detailing features, technical specifications and costs.
Purchase Echo devices independently from Amazon web site, or through NAVOO. There is no minimum or maximum number of devices that can be activated; the system is scalable and adapts to the size of all facilities.
NAVOO prepares the dedicated Control Panel for your facility and all the necessary functionalities. If provided by the project, we will create the link with your PMS or management system and develop other functions you require. What is made is then tested and certified by Amazon.
You can install the devices yourself (it’s so easy!), or NAVOO can take care of this task. Next to the devices we suggest you to place a manual provided by NAVOO that explains to guests how to use Alexa.
We provide you with manuals that allow facility staff to independently manage the features and devices installed, including all content and responses that Alexa returns to guests. We also provide initial training, with workshops organized specifically on the needs of the facility.
Your guests start using Alexa, and you, thanks to the Control Panel, can analyze data on how it is being used and visualize the benefits it is bringing to your facility through graphs.
