Positioned at an altitude of 1,700 meters, nestled in the picturesque setting of the Vialattea ski resort, the Sansicario Majestic Hotel was renovated in 2023. The intervention has given the facility a new atmosphere, while keeping its welcoming and warm essence intact. A combination of tradition and modernity that manifests itself, providing an unforgettable experience for its guests.
Among the most significant new features is the introduction of Alexa, the virtual concierge who enriches the services offered by the facility by providing answers to guests’ questions and suggesting personalized services.
Alexa has also become an aid to staff who receive requests and reports directly on devices and applications that were already being used before her arrival!
Echo Show 8 speakers have been installed in all rooms, which, thanks to their 8-inch screen, allow them to provide information to guests at all times, and recommend additional services (even when they are not interacting with Alexa!).
From the analysis of the data collected from the
Control Panel,
the various features related to music listening that Alexa can offer are among the most used.

Marketing Screenshots
Rolling screens on Echo Shows can become a valuable marketing tool. Images and text tell the story of the hotel’s services and products, and can be set or changed completely independently from the Control Panel. A virtual showcase, always up-to-date and available to the guest, who can also ask Alexa for insights into services of interest to them.
