In the heart of the parks and a short distance from Lake Garda, TH Lazise offers a unique experience with two souls: holiday relaxation and business environment. Hotel staff are therefore instrumental in assisting guests, providing advice on how to experience the area, and enabling guests to fully enjoy their vacation or make the most of the days of meetings and professional events.

To provide an even more immersive experience, the hotel took an innovative approach by integrating the Alexa virtual concierge. This solution not only provides answers to guests’ questions, but also shares insights into the services offered by the hotel, suggesting unique experiences and purchase options.

Alexa’s innovation is not limited to guest relations: it also simplifies the daily activities of staff, making it easier to manage housekeeping and maintenance. A full, personalized and technologically advanced living experience.

Therefore, Alexa stands alongside as a new channel for communication, interaction and assistance that can be used in the peace and privacy of one’s own room.

This is an innovative service for both the hotel’s guests and the people who work in the hotel, allowing them to spend even more time dealing directly with guests, and to use Alexa’s features to support even those who are in charge of cleaning and maintenance of the more than 200 rooms distributed in 5 pavilions.

Echo Show 8 speakers have been installed in all rooms, which, thanks to their 8-inch screen, allow them to provide information to guests at all times, and recommend additional services (even when they are not interacting with Alexa!).

Rolling screens on Echo Shows can become a valuable marketing tool. Images and text tell the story of the hotel’s services and products, and can be set or changed completely independently from the Control Panel. A virtual showcase, always up-to-date and available to the guest, who can also ask Alexa for insights into services of interest to them.
