An elegant 4-star business hotel with numerous services available to guests in the heart of the capital. It identified the potential of the Alexa Smart Properties system early on and seized the opportunities for personalization of NAVOO technology to offer a higher level of service to its guests and stand out from the competition.
Echo Show 8 speakers have been installed in all rooms, which, thanks to their 8-inch screen, allow them to provide information to guests at all times, and recommend additional services (even when they are not interacting with Alexa!).

Rolling screens on Echo Shows can become a valuable marketing tool. Images and text tell the story of the hotel’s services and products, and can be set or changed completely independently from the Control Panel. A virtual showcase, always up-to-date and available to the guest, who can also ask Alexa for insights into services of interest to them.
